How to claim your Anclude artwork

Congratulations!

Congrats on your new Anclude piece!

Claiming your piece is an important final step. It verifies that your artwork is authentic and links it to you as its owner.

Before you start

Inside your package you’ll find:

  • Your Anclude artwork
    On the back: a QR code
  • A Claim Card
    Inside the package: another QR code

You’ll need both to complete the claim.

You can scan either QR code first — the order doesn’t matter.

Step-by-step: claiming your piece

Step 1: Scan a QR code

Using your phone’s camera, scan one of the QR codes:

  • either the one on the back of the artwork
  • or the one on the Claim Card

You’ll be taken to the ClaimProof page.

Step 2: Start the claim

On the ClaimProof page, tap Claim to begin.

You’ll be asked to log in to Anclude’s store. This creates or connects your Anclude account (powered by Shopify).

This step is required so the piece can be securely linked to you.

Step 3: Scan the second QR code

After logging in, you’ll be prompted to scan the other QR code — the one you haven’t scanned yet.

This confirms that:

  • you physically have the artwork
  • you also have the matching Claim Card

Step 4: Claim complete

Once both QR codes are verified:

  • your piece is marked as claimed
  • the claim can’t be repeated
  • you’ll see a confirmation that your piece is authentic

That’s it — your Anclude piece is now officially yours.

What happens after you claim

After claiming:

  • The piece is added to your Anclude account
  • Your account becomes a record of the pieces you own
  • As your collection grows, you’ll unlock collector benefits and perks

In the future, Anclude plans to introduce a verified marketplace for pre‑owned pieces, allowing collectors to buy and sell authenticated works with confidence.

If you can’t scan a QR code

If scanning doesn’t work:

  • make sure there’s enough light
  • clean your camera lens
  • try adjusting the distance
