Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping
We offer standard shipping across the United States at a flat rate. At this time we do not offer expedited or express shipping. Free shipping may be available on select orders through promotions and discount codes.

Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees — occasional delays due to carrier issues or high-demand periods may occur.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging every anclude print to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@anclude.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll make it right.
